  1. You'll definitely get seen with that light. I made a little shotglass style light for my Harley that is side mounted so i'm in the dark on the right side.

  2. i had a side mount light plate bracket so i could have some control over who could see my plate but i like how skinny this makes the back of the bike look.

  3. What kind of carb set up did you use? You got any spare XS650 regs/recs or carbs?

  4. i like the late 70's 38mm carbs, i wish i had extras. i've had good luck at boise vintage cycle on the reg/recs, i think they charged me 20 or 25 bucks fot the last one.

  5. I have a brand new Mikuni VM38 that I was going to use on my sporty before I got the Super E. Guess I might be able to run it on the XS.

You going to the bike swap meet at High Desert on Saturday? Think I'm gonna ride my sporty out there. Hopefully it makes it no problem. Been jamming around Boise this week and so far other than a jetting issue and leaking master cylinder, no big problems.

  6. There's a ride in bike show and swap meet at pro power performance off of fairview today from 11-5. Should be pretty cool. Beer garden as well.
